General FAQ’s

What are your hours?
We are open seasonally Tuesdays - Sundays from 10:00- 4:00pm. Please check our website, or Facebook page, for the most up-to-date hours before visiting.

Where are you located?
We're located at 33603 High Drive, East Troy WI, on highway 20 in between Waterford and East Troy.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
We recommend purchasing tickets online during busy weekends and special events, but walk-ins are always welcome.

Is parking free?
Yes! Parking is free for all guests.

Are you open if it rains?
We are open in light rain. However, severe weather may cause us to close for everyone's safety. Any closures will be posted as soon as possible on our website and Facebook page.

What activities are included with admission?
Admission includes access to the petting farm, playgrounds, hay rides, wagon rides, pony rides, and other seasonal attractions like our corn maze and pumpkin patch.

Do you offer pony rides?
Yes! Pony rides are included in admission and available daily from 10:00-2:00pm for any visitor 8 years old and younger.

Do you have wagon rides?
Yes! Our large hay ride is available daily and our mini wagon rides are offered on weekends throughout the day. The final hay ride and wagon ride of the day leave at 2:00pm, so please be sure to arrive before then!

Do you sell food?
Yes! We offer a variety of snacks, drinks, ice cream, and seasonal treats in The Coop (the blue building) at the front of the farm.

Can I bring my own food?
Yes, outside food is permitted at our picnic areas. Please note that outside food cannot be fed to the animals.

Animal FAQ’s

Can we feed the animals?
Yes! Our animal feed machines accept quarters and we are able to make change for you at the admission building.

Can I pet the animals?
Absolutely! Many of our animals enjoy gentle pets. Please follow posted signs and staff instructions, as some animals have designated viewing-only areas.

Can I bring my own animal feed?
No. To keep our animals healthy, outside food for the animals is not permitted.

Are all of the animals friendly?
Our animals are accustomed to visitors, but they're still animals. Adult supervision is required, and guests should always respect the animals' space.

Can I bring my dog?
For the safety of our animals and guests, pets are not allowed. Service animals trained to perform a specific task are welcome.

Birthday Parties & Groups

Do you allow birthday parties?
Yes! We offer a group discount for groups of 25+. The rate is reduced to $12 per person and you are welcome to host the party at our picnic tables. If you would prefer to rent an indoor space, we have a Party Barn available for $250. Please inquire for available dates.

Do you offer school field trips?
Yes! We offer self-guided field trips throughout the season. Visit our website or contact us for details.

Can we book private events?
Absolutely! We host corporate outings, family reunions, church groups, and other special events. The rate is reduced to $12 per person for groups 25+.
